MY SERVICES
I offer psychotherapy for individual adults and couples. All sessions are fifty minutes and are hosted via a HIPPA compliant telehealth service. I have found virtual therapy to be convenient and effective for my clients, so please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any reservations about this. I do not accept insurance, but can provide you with a superbill to obtain reimbursement from your insurance company, if possible. I can accept all major credit cards and health savings account cards.

Service Fees:
Individuals: $170 / 50min session
Couples: $200 / 50min session

ONLINE THERAPY
I utilize a secure, confidential, HIPAA-compliant technology that allows us to meet virtually from our separate locations.
Teletherapy sessions work much like the in-person variety. You make an appointment in advance with me, but instead of traveling to an office, you hop on your computer and receive a HIPAA-secure link to your email to gain access to the video chat.
LGBTQ+ AFFIRMING
I provide affirming LGBTQ+ services to youth and adults. As a member of the LGBTQ+ community, I know we face a lot of unique challenges at home, school, work and in our communities. Together, we will develop strategies to minimize the effects of marginalization and develop a narrative where you feel proud of your most authentic self.
INTERSECTIONAL LENS
We're more than our skin color, or our sexuality or gender identity. We're made up of many different identities and each has a unique impact on the way we walk through the world. I provide services keeping that in mind so you can find a way to embrace those identities and use them to bolster your path to healing.

DEPRESSION
Depression affects about 19 million US adults each year. Whether caused by a traumatic event, life changes, genetics, or substance use - depression is very treatable. I will use a combination of narrative and cognitive behavioral therapies to uncover the cause of the depression and develop strategies to overcome it.
ANXIETY
Anxiety is the most common mental health concern in the US. It is best treated using cognitive behavioral therapy where we will disrupt negative thought patterns and develop new skills to implement when you notice your anxiety is triggered.
GRIEF
Grief is something we all experience at some point in life, yet it can feel so isolating. Therapy can help give you a space to express all the mixed emotions that come with grief and help to develop a narrative around your loved one's death that will allow you to move forward in your life.
