A SHAME-FREE PLACE TO EXPLORE WHO YOU ARE AND HOW YOU LOVE.

THERAPY FOR SEX & SEXUALITY IN CALIFORNIA.

THERE ARE THINGS YOU’VE NEVER SAID OUT LOUD. THIS IS A PLACE YOU CAN BRING ALL OF THEM.

Maybe it’s a desire you’ve never shared with anyone because you’re not sure how it would land. Maybe the gap between what you want and what you’re actually experiencing has become something you’ve stopped trying to bridge. Maybe your relationship to your own body feels complicated in ways you haven’t been able to name, let alone talk about.

Or maybe you just know that something isn’t working. Sex feels like an obligation, or it has disappeared entirely. Desire feels absent, or unfocused, or pointed in a direction you don’t know what to do with. You want intimacy, but something in you goes quiet every time it gets close.

This is hard to talk about. It’s even harder to talk about with someone you’re not sure will get it.

I bring significant clinical experience to this work. My approach is affirming, non-judgmental, and specific to you. Whatever you’re navigating, including desire discrepancy, intimacy challenges, questions about identity, kink or non-normative sexuality, or simply a sex life that has stopped feeling like your own, I’m not here to normalize it away or pathologize it. I’m here to help you understand it.

My approach comes from a place of curiosity: believing that your sexuality is not a problem to be managed, but a part of yourself worth knowing.
