A cozy living room corner with a textured beige rug, a book titled 'The Business of Being' on top of some newspapers, a dark brown leather armchair with a large chunky knit blanket draped over it, a small side table, and a potted plant with lush green leaves nearby. YOU WANT TO FEEL AT HOME IN YOUR OWN LIFE.

TO STAKE OUT WHAT YOU WANT AND NEED, and actually believe you deserve it.

RIGHT NOW, YOU MAY BE…

  • Feeling exhausted by the performance of it all.

  • Losing sight of what you actually want.

  • Vulnerability feels like a risk you can’t afford.

  • Having the same arguments, the same shutdowns, the same quiet fear that love is fragile and you’re always one wrong move away from losing it.

A cozy interior corner with an vintage upholstered armchair with floral pattern fabric, sitting in front of a large window showing a snowy day outside. The sunlight streams through the window, casting shadows inside the room. To the right, there is a tall green plant in a pot and a white rug on dark wooden floor.

Meet your therapist

MY NAME’S ANTHONY.

As an openly gay & sober therapist in California, I know firsthand what it means to do the work of becoming who you actually are, not who you were told to be.

I work with gay men, transgender and non-binary people, and couples and partners in all relationship structures, including those navigating questions about sex and sexuality. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic awareness, and attachment-based approaches, I help you build the kind of internal trust that makes real, lasting change possible.

My clients come away from our work together feeling more autonomous. They are clearer on what they want and need, more capable in their relationships, and equipped with real tools to manage their thoughts and feelings from a self-led place.

I'm directive, curious, and genuinely invested in where we're going. I'll ask a lot of questions and give compassionate, honest feedback. We'll also pay close attention to what's happening in your body, not just your thoughts. And together, we’ll work to build a more nurturing inner world so you can overcome the patterns keeping you stuck and experience the autonomy, connection, and self-trust you deserve.

MY SPECIALTIES

here’s how to

GET STARTED:

01

REACH OUT

Reach out and we’ll connect. I’ll answer your questions, you can get a feel for how I work, and we’ll make sure we’re a good fit before we begin.

02

Get to work

Each week, we’ll investigate what’s underneath: the patterns, the parts, the stories you’ve been carrying. I’ll be direct and engaged, and together we’ll build the internal trust and practical tools that make living differently possible.

03

See change

You’ll feel more grounded, more capable in your relationships, and clearer on what you want and how to ask for it. Life will feel more manageable and more like yours.

THIS IS WHERE YOU START BECOMING WHO YOU ACTUALLY ARE.

From caretaking to self-trust. From shame to belonging. From performing to finally feeling like yourself.
